Our specialisation
Dividing co-owned land
Where planning, cadastral and technical conditions allow, we coordinate the division of co-owned plots and agricultural land, so that co-owners can move towards separately defined parcels.
The aim is to reduce shared ownership where conditions permit, so that each co-owner can use or sell their land more independently.

Not every property can be divided. Whether it can depends on planning, cadastral and legal conditions. Licensed survey engineers do the mapping and technical work, and the relevant authorities give the approvals.
